From Route 1 Traveling South:

• Pass the Route 287 juncture and continue traveling South through 5 traffic lights. You will come to the Wick Shopping Plaza, TJ Max, Pathmark Super Center, etc) on our right as well as the exit for Plainfield Avenue.
• Take the Plainfield Ave. exit (by the Outback Steak House) to the stop sign, make a Right and get into the Left Lane.
• The very next Light is Jefferson - Make a Left onto Jefferson. 
• Go slowly past 2 Speed Bumps.  At the 3rd Bump, there is a Cross Street.  That is the Corner of Oakland & Jefferson.  The American Legion is on the corner on the Right Hand Side.  You will see an American Flag lit on that Corner.  There is Parking Lot behind the building and curbside by the front door.

From Route 1 Traveling North:

• Pass Fudruckers, Loews Theatres and go over the bridge.
• Make the First Right onto Woodbridge Avenue (Route 514 East - towards Woodbridge).
• Go Over the Bridge, go to the 2nd Light and Make a Left onto Plainfield Avenue.
• Take Plainfield Avenue Across Rt 1 (1st Light) and the 2nd Light is Jefferson.  Make a Left onto Jefferson.
• Go slowly past 2 Speed Bumps.  At the 3rd Bump, there is a Cross Street.  That is the Corner of Oakland & Jefferson.  The American Legion is on the corner on the Right Hand Side.  You will see an American Flag lit on that Corner.  There is Parking Lot behind the building and curbside by the front door.

From the Garden State Parkway (Southbound):

• Take Exit 130: Merge onto US-1 South, towards Trenton, Follow the directions for Route 1 South (above).

From Turnpike (North or South):

• Take Exit 9.     Go through the toll plaza and bear right onto Route 18 North/Route 1.     Follow the directions for Route 1 North.

From Route 18 (East or West):

• Take Route 18 to Route 1 North.    Follow the directions for Route 1 North.

From Route 287 South:

• Take Exit 1B for Route 1 South.    Follow the directions for Route 1 South.

From Route 440 West - Route 287 North:

• Take Route 1 South exit.    Follow the directions for Route 1 South.

From Stelton Road - Plainfield Avenue:

• When Stelton Road crosses Route 27, it becomes Plainfield Avenue.
• The very next Light (Before Route 1) is Jefferson.  Make a Right onto Jefferson.
• Go slowly past 2 Speed Bumps.  At the 3rd Bump, there is a Cross Street.  That is the Corner of Oakland & Jefferson.  The American Legion is on the corner on the Right Hand Side.  You will see an American Flag lit on that Corner.  There is Parking Lot behind the building and curbside by the front door.
